They're open till 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night. I arrived at 9:15. The drive-thru attendant told me he was completely out of all food. What? You have nothing left and you're still open? What are you serving? Why are you still open? How do you treat your customers like this? I drove from Friendswood. Just terrible. I mean if you have no food then close.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, they took 40 minute’s in the drive through to get me my food after letting me know it would take 20. I waited 40 minutes until getting frustrated and going back up to the window. The girl at the window just handed me my food and stared at me like I my presence annoyed her. even after being nice about them asking me to park and forgetting about me. I hate being a Karen when it comes to fast food because I get that people are busy but like come on man that’s ridiculous. I watched like 7 cars go through the drive through after me and not have to wait longer than 5 minutes.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Not only was the service slow in getting my order to me, but they also managed to mess it up, leaving out a key component – my macaroni. Despite my attempt to rectify the situation by returning the next day, they declined to provide the missing item. The lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to make it right left me with no desire to ever return to this establishment.

This is the best Chicken Express I’ve EVER been to in my life. We came in here for team lunch and their service with quick, building was clean, and they gave us complimentary cookies for coming in as a group! Highly recommend and will definitely be back myself!

This place is great. Absolutely love the tenders, they're big (Cane's is dead to me.) The spice on them is great and all the sides are pretty great too. Love the seasoning packets. Love the .99 drinks. Love that the staff has been super cool and nice.
