How do you ask me if I want chips when it comes with the kids meal? Maybe say "do you want chips or fruit?"And then doesn't put chips in and messes up the order. Does McDonald's ask if we want fries when we want the meal? LOL.

This location is right near the Alamo. It was dirty, out of lettuce, out of many meat options, and the employees looked like overworked zombies, all 4 of the iced tea/lemonade drink stations were empty, the trash bins were overflowing. I get it, it’s spring break and it’s a weekend evening, but you have to rise to the occasion if you’re a Franchises store! This was crazy! Please do better. For those of us that didn’t have time or the forethought to make reservations at one of ghettos riverwalk eateries, you guys could be a clean getaway for a quick, healthy option. I’m too embarrassed to post pics of this location. The food is good. As long as they had what you wanted… it tasted good and fresh.

I asked for double chicken and got much less than usual and when I mentioned it was told that it was double, this chipotle in particular is very stingy with their protein
Don’t even waste your time with this location. I frequent bc it’s closest to my home, but never again. Order pick up - it will be wrong. Order inside - portions are half the size compared to other locations. Tonight I picked up a drive thru order and the employee was so nice at the window until I realized my bowl had little to any meat and no guacamole (which is extra). Last time, the kid who wrapped my burrito inside the store left half the burrito on the counter & tons of sour cream/guac all over the tin foil. I’m not overly stuffing my burrito either.

Good place to eat if you want a step up from fast food. Staff are very pleasant . Used to be my favorite, but seems the quality of their beef has gone down over the past 5 yrs. Last 2 visits the beef was grissly and very chewy. So chewy my jaws got tired Love the atmosphere, but changes in quality cannot be ignored.
