I went in & asked for the “little bacon cheeseburger” with EVERYTHING on it with NO mayo, mustard or ketchup. DRY. and she corrected me without going over my order with me & made my burger plain with cheese & bacon.So I went back up there and told her they didn’t make my burger right & she said she had to remake my burger they couldn’t take my burger back. so mean while i'm waiting up front and the cook asks me what specifically I wanted in the burger & the lady up front who took my order kept budding in our conversation saying “she never said that, you said you wanted nothing on it”.. the cook ignores her out of our conversation & notices she’s interrupting me & she asks “so is mushrooms okay” and the lady again says “yeah put everything on there she wants everything” when i never mentioned anything about mushrooms?. So once again she messed up my burger, So I didn’t get to eat.After, The man/ manager IDK comes in and the lady who took my order is talking about me right in front of my face saying i’m complaining that my order is wrong after I said I wanted it dry that i'm not being specific.., whats so hard about understanding what dry and plain mean .. if she didn't get it, COOL. but I explained that I wanted all VEGETABLES just dry with no mustard, mayo, or ketchup..she then hands me my remake and apologizes like if I didn’t just hear her talking about me In front of my face AS WELL AS THE tall Black/African American guy.The main person I had a problem with was The older black/Africa American Lady short. I feel violated by the amount of money I paid for a burger, fries, and drink.Everything is sold A La Carte. No basket options.The Cheeseburger alone is 11 dollars. It was nothing crazy. About what you would expect from a made fresh spot. nothing to write home about. Slightly better quality than all fast food options.A Regular Fry is 6. Fries were the best thing there.Soft drink is 3.After tax 22.01.I will say I didn’t know that the cheeseburger comes standard as double.The “Little Cheeseburger” is the single.The regular fries are a ridiculously large portion.For a lunch I would recommend a “Little Cheeseburger”, the “little Fries”, and a drink.But even then it’s 18.25.Too much for me to pay for a burger and fries for lunch.I won’t be back simply due to pricing.

The manager comes with season in a pack and I told him I couldn’t mix it. So I paid extra for it to be made crazy and as I’m leaving he is talking about me to his workers. This is my new favorite (not fast food or restaurant) burger place to go. The staff is super friendly and generous with the fries.I love the burgers. Great quality, juicy, and well done just the way I like it. My vice here are the fries. Fresh, crispy, tasty, not too salty, and a plethora full. I got the regular fries for my gf and me and couldn't eat more than half. They load you up, and I was snacking on fries the rest of the afternoon. Even cold, they tasted ok. The quality of fries is excellent. I usually order ahead to pick up.

Delicious melt in your mouth hamburgers made to order. Fries are so generous that they come thrown in the bag as well as your order amount all sizes of fries are made for two. They have sauce they have Cajun seasoning that you could add to it. Also there are items that can be grilled and added to your burger for no extra charge.
It is one of the greatest burgers to get in Houston. Price is a little high, but I say it's worth it.

Too bad that they can't reopen in Wichita Falls, Texas in zip code 76306 to zip code 76308I put in my request but they're keeping denying my request. It makes me sad that they're not reopening the one in Wichita Falls, Texas and a new one in Iowa Park, Texas. ? ?

After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to give 5 guys a try. Visited on a Tuesday at 7:00pm. Not too busy, just saw 2 other customers inside the dining room. Menu was pretty straightforward. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburger, and 1 order of a medium fries. Was pretty floored when they told me the cost!?!? Close to $50!!!! After opening the burgers, noticed it was double patty, which shocked me because it didn't say double burger on the menu? That's probably why the price was so high...The burgers and fries were good I must say, but not good enough to warrant the cost...This first visit will probably be my last as I can definitely find similar burger places at a lower cost.

I love 5 Guys burgers but tonight the burgers were very bland no flavor in them and not near a juicy as normal was very disappointed ?. They very nice lady at the counter was wonderful.

This place is disgusting! The service wasn’t very good and the food wasn’t good at all. It was super greasy and had no flavor what so ever and the buns on the burgers were super soggy and when you would bite into it grease would pour out. The only thing they did good was their fries and their workers are all super high
