Customer service overnight is terrible. Two of the three people I spoke to were abrasive or rude, would not let listen to me and would cut me off. Order was made wrong thr first time so when I came back to address it, one employee didn't listen at all then the second tried to argue with me about how it was made. The third employee was polite, apologized, but still didn't really listen, but I at least finally got the food corrected.

I ordered a cluck sandwich, when the manager delivered the food at the drive through, I told him he gave me a regular, instead of the sandwich I ordered. So, I guess he thought it was a good idea to switch the buns out, add the sauce and dressings on it instead of giving me the actual cluck patty. What a joke! I gave this place a second chance after the last incident, and I refrained from leaving a review the last time. If you like sub par service, come here.

The boba was disgusting not cooked at all do NOT recommend enterbst your own risk.
The kind young lady at the window seemed to be having some sort of issues, very reluctant to reach out for my credit card, looking out of the window, which made me nervous. Food was ok, tacos above average. It just made me feel uncomfortable with how nervous she was behaving.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken was hard as a rock! Called and spoke to Tracy and she swore she made everything fresh, im sure she would complain if she ever received food that disgusting. Also my Stuffed Jalapeños were definitely not stuffed! No jalapeno or cheese. Was told to bring my receipt so they can replace my food but they did NOT put my receipt in the bag! Ridiculous, I understand why they have bad reviews.
Brought my son to urgent care and left there at 00:40. On the way home went by Jack in the Box and saw a lit sign that said Open 24 hours. So I pulled in to drive through to be told that they close at midnight on Monday and Tuesdays. Why is the sign lit up saying OPEN 24 HOURS????
