The dedicated register employee was grabbing sandwiches and wrapping them. Gross. When he did it to our sandwiches, I pointed out the sanitary flaw and left without our food. Last time I visit that location. We then went to Subway a few doors down and they handled the food and money in a sanitary way.Came back a year later, nothing has changed. Still had the register person collecting money and using the same contaminated gloves to pick up your sandwich and wrap it. This time I asked the sandwich maker to wrap my sandwich or hand it to me so her contaminated gloves would not touch my sandwich. He did it with an attitude and she had a bad attitude as well. The owner of this establishment needs to train his employees to quit spreading disease. I will check aging soon and see if any procedural changes have been made. Stay healthy folks!!!

Customer service wasn’t as good as other locations. Environment felt bleak and cold. The sandwich maker seemed burdened by our presence and didn’t offer any specialty or recommendations to the experience. The attitude seemed to project itself and effect the food as well. I ordered a Phili sandwich and it turned out sloppy. It left much to be desired. I would think twice and reconsider visiting this location.

I only got to the part where the employee set my bread on the filthy counter. It had crud and nasty debris all over it. No customers were there besides me so it wasn’t like they were busy and making sandwiches in volume. Literally sliced the bread and set it down in nasty crumbs and other debris from previous scraps. I said please stop and he noticed what I was concerned about. To his credit he did ask if I wanted different bread but it made me think about how dirty everything else was that wasn’t in view.If this was during a lunch rush, I could possibly see there being something on the counter but still not this gross. For Pete’s sake wipe the counter off between making another person’s sandwich. I’m not easily grossed out but this was over the top.

The employees on Marina Bay appreciate their jobs, they appreciate their customers and they quickly turn out a great product! Amen for good service and employees who have pride. I purchased 2 Giant Subs on 12/31 $39.00 that might have been the problem it was 5pm. The #9 didn’t have any meat and the piece of Roast beef tasted bad. The #56 was ok. We always stop at this location on our way home and I’d like to think I was just the day and time. This time we were very disappointed.

This isn’t a bad complaint just some food for thought. Went there to grab a sub around 6:00ish. First off you walk in and the energy is I wouldn’t say a down feeling it’s just not one that’s very welcoming. The store wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t anything horrible. Customer service wise I’d say for the most part the 2 guys that were there seemed bothered the whole time and like they were ready to leave. The one girl with the bright pink hair I can tell was doing her best to be polite and kind. The taste of food was ok. Not nearly enough juices or spices to bring that flavor out so the bread was most of what I tasted. Overall I’d say some things for the manager to consider is proper training on sprinkle, customer service, and honestly just maybe talking to the night crew about having that same energy that I’m sure the day crew has. It was my first time here and most likely won’t be my last since it’s close to home but just wanted to give some feedback.

The past few times I've came to this location on Marina bay I've not been happy the past 2 times I've came here my food has been made wrong or given to someone else and then today 9/28/2023 I pull up at 8:41pm and they close at 9pm the doors where locked and the 2 male workers in there looked at me and kept cleaning up and what looked like cooking food for themselves, and as I was walking back to my car they kept turning around to see if I was still there. And as I'm typing up this review at 8:48 they turn the lights off and leave. Great way to run a restaurant

First Visit: I called my order ahead for take out. They waited until I got there to inform me that their system had been down all day and they could only accept cash. All I had was a gift card and a debit card. They could have avoided everyone’s inconvenience by just communicating to begin with.Second Visit: I order my sandwich and he asks me what I want on it. I say “all of the veggies.” Next thing I know he’s heavily dumping vinegar all over my sandwich. I remind him that I said “veggies.” He removes the veggies from the sandwich begrudgingly and proceeds as if the meat and bottom bread aren’t now soaked in vinegar. I asked him to start over with no vinegar on my sandwich and he got an attitude about it when he was the one who didn’t listen and made the mistake to begin with, so I decided I wouldn’t be spending my money there and walked out.Seems like I’d be stupid to give this place a third chance. It’s a shame because I really like Jersey Mike’s but I’m not going to be treated like garbage
