I love their shaved ice cones, thier was one in kemah and when it closed i was like nooooo but this one i heard and came to, it was YUMMY! 10/10

Took 20 minute drive to get a snowcone. Open sign on but went to order and told me they can’t take my 4$ order because the internet is down. Should just take cash or just give it to me free. 2 employees just sitting there doing nothing. Waste of my time and gas.

The flavors on the shaved ice are far off from what they are. I got a guava snow cone and it tasted like tropical punch. The passion fruit one tasted like orange.

Typically when I have a good experience I let people know in person and spend my money there. I post negative when I feel my voice wasn’t heard in person. People who post good reviews often are typically being compensated. One of your customers stated being compensated for their review. I only give honest reviews thanks.They close at 8:40 even though the sign says 9 pm.

Great snowcones. Parking lot has massive hole at entrance. Major bee problem around outdoor trash in sitting area. Could use some TLC outside.

If you’re allergic to bees be careful here. The ice and drinks are top notch but there are bees around the lot. Amazing products.
It seems this business buys many of their Google reviews. 3 stars here but 4.4 on google? Also, This business actually closes at 8:45not 9pm. If you arrive at 8:30 or later they tell you that it's not courteous to visit during closing hours. For laughs, visit their google review page and you'll see what I mean. Business gets sassy when you leave a bad review but I have to be honest. They actually edited all their responses on Google after I posted this lol

We usually come here and have a good time. 7/10 came with 7 kids and they missed one of the orders, were really rude about it and put me in the end of the line to get one more for a screaming 2 year old. Also found a metal shaving in one of ice cream

Very good shaved ice. Especially flavorful with the ice cream. The menu is a bit confusing though. Everyone stands around for 5 minutes before ordering. They should have a big board display instead of the little menus. Otherwise, pretty awesome

Was really looking forward to this place. Got there 15 minutes before closing time (8:45 PM and place closed at 9 PM). Made sure the sign said open before going up. Two people were working there. Guy with long hair came up to the window and said they were closed. I told him online it said 9 PM. His response was ridiculous. He said “we were busy today so we closed early”. How does that make any sense? It’s understandable if you ran out of flavors or ice or something, but nothing of that sort had happened. Very disappointed. Wished they had better service.

my friend had trip on there property and spilled her snowcone...instead of offering a new one they made her repay for a new one. The guy with green hair who took our order took my friends order then slammed the window shut on us and i didn't get to order until a few minutes later. The snowcones ice wasn't even good and the flavor was bad... bahama is way better.
