I have been coming to this place since I was a child, at least 20+ years now, many many great meals over the years. But something has definitely changed, the food quality is down and prices are up. I ordered the Fiesta chicken this go around a dish I have ordered many times at this location, the chicken was the blandest driest piece of chicken I have ever had even with the toppings. It clearly was not seasoned or marinated which it usually is. So I politely asked for a replacement entree which the staff kindly obliged. I picked the liver and onions, and let me tell you I have had MRE’s that would be considered 5 star dish next to this, it was foul. The first bite just about turnt my stomach and I had to spit it out it went straight in the trash. I am not a picky person and I do not expect Kelley’s to be operating a gourmet facility it never has been. But the food prices no longer justify the quality of food, no matter the quantity. I could go on about the other dishes we ordered let’s just say it was all extremely underwhelming. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere my friends. I suppose management will probably respond to this at some point and all I can tell you is to get your act together. I know the economy is rough and it’s probably hard to find good cooks/staff but we gotta do better. Let’s Make Kelley’s Great Again!

I LOVE going to Kelly's. Their staff is attentive and refill your beverages in a timely manner. Their menu has various food options to choose from . The food tastes great! I especially appreciate the Texas size portions. The price for the value is spot on, yea you might go to a Cracker Barrel because it tastes good but the portions are tiny tiny, you don't get too much for your buck.. at Kelly's you get more than enough and still some to take some home for the next day and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. Thank you Kelly's for being traditional in your cooking, price and portion size.

My sister n law who lives in the area took me to this place in Webster, Texas, right outside of Houston. I love the food. This is a hometown friendly family restaurant. Our server, a young lady named Page, was so sweet, friendly, professional, and on top of everything. What a pleasure it was to have her as our server. Oh, and the carrot cake was to die for oh so good. When I come to visit this area again because I'm from Chicago, I'll definitely go back to this restaurant in the Webster Clear Bay area. The food was great. You get huge portions u will walk out full and dinner for a few night. The baked poatos are enormous never in my life have I seen them so big. The burger was huge. Everyhing is big. It was good. Except the corn bread and rolls. Not so good. Tasted aweful.
There was no wait time considering we were there on a Saturday morning. We arrived around 9:30 am and there were a few tables available. I did notice it was busier after 10:00 am. The wait time to receive our food was good. The food was also very good. I ordered the fried egg sandwich with bacon and Ham. Loved the way the egg wasn't runny and the bread wasn't soggy. Oh, if you order the biscuit and gravy, I hope you're hungry! It sure was a Texas size biscuit ? the reason I gave them a 4 star rating on the food is because I wasn't impressed with the orange juice. it wasn't what I expected, it should have been better tasting to complement the great food.

Great family-friendly environment, well staffed. Seating is not crowded. The food is ALWAYS phenomenal and fresh. Texas sized biscuits are fluffy and tender. This place is definitely a gem. Something for everyone.

This place is back better than ever! Remodeled since we were here last. We came on a Saturday & I was sure we’d have to wait in line but we were seated right away. My go to here for breakfast is the “Smackin’ Good” (biscuits & sausage gravy). The biscuits are the size of your fist & so fluffy & delicious. They always do the sausage gravy perfectly here. Kelley’s portions are obscenely large but reasonably priced. Hubby got an omelet & hash browns. All delicious. Service is 10 out of 10 & we’ll definitely be back!
