This location is horrible. I’ve given them a couple of chances, but I’m done. They are slow, get orders wrong about 2 out of 3 times. Last visit, I ordered fries and a drink. Before I got there. I parked at curbside pick up and had to wait 10 minutes for a simple order.
What do you expect? It's a McDonald's. However, this McDonald's is very unique in the fact that they have consistently terrible service. We've only eaten at this location a few times and every single time they screw up our order. This location also doesn't honor any of the public service promotions you'll sometimes see. Every other McDonald's around the area will go with national promotions but not this chain.

I want to thank Sara for taking care of my family today! We had lunch here during busy hour and waited for our food a bit longer than usual. Sara noticed our empty table and came over to get our receipt. Shortly after she came back with our food! I watched her help coworkers and other customers during busy lunch. It made my day to see that she was going extra mile for others. I hope the management will go extra mile for her too, she definitely deserves it!
