I'm disabled so I used drive thru young , and was nice. The food was horrible look as if I got day old hard chicken. Biscuit hard. Mashed potato hard gravy cold. French fish say old. Call the store no one picked up. I spent 7.99 . My only eat out for the month because I'm in SSI. Oh and I didn't get a receipt. Oh I asked for jalapeno pepper and I got delish in the lil separate bag.

$45 worth of chicken and they gave me spicy instead of mild, wrong sides and no sauces. Despite asking twice.The customer service doesn't exist.
Chicken is usually good, prices seem higher and chicken strips DEFINITELY got smaller though. Oreo cheesecake was awful, couldn’t finish. Fries and beans/rice were average. Chicken wings were a welcome surprise and actually pretty crunchy and decent!

Came from out of town , says they close at 11pm . Came at 10:30 and the guy said they only had wings. I said “why”. He said cause it’s 10:30. Then he said “never mind we closed”. Please check the cameras cause if I’m lying I’m dying . He turning down all your paying customers. Crazy . Just trying to eat .

Some sort of paper in the window covered in mold, mold in ceiling corners etc. Also who doesn't take American express. It's 2023, that's ridiculous. Clean your facility and take American

I don’t review many fast food joints, but this place was WELL DESERVING of a well thought out, one star review. First, it took twenty minutes to get through the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. The customer service was AWFUL. The guy taking the order and dealing with me at the window was very short and RUDE to me. I also thought it was strange they would not accept American Express( for a major fast food chain). To top it off, I ordered an 8 pc with dark meat, and instead I got white meat. No napkins or utensils were included either. I will not be back.
