Old stale donut holes...regular and mixed. Ordered inside at 11:30 am. I ordered the bag of regular donut holes for my daughter, they were old and stale. She didn't like them and instead of returning them I decided to order her a set of the mixed donut holes and they too were old and stale. I went up to the counter and tried to ask for fresh mixed donut holes and was told they didn't have any fresh ones because they stop msking them at 8am. They didn't even have the decency to try to make it right and ask if they could replace it with something else. They just let me walk away upset. We will never be back to this location.

Horrible customer service.Had a older man working helping the front counter, who barely spoke and I had to tell my order to 1 item by 1 item.I asked for a chocolate filled donut, we sat INSIDE so they can see that I took one bite and knew it was the wrong one.Husband took it to the counter for me and let them know I wanted a chocolate filled, not a chocolate donut that’s cream filled. Knowing they (the girls) aren’t the one who took my order they straight up told us “you ordered the wrong donut sorry”. And definitely thought it was funny for whatever reason? Costs them probably about 2¢ to give me the donut I did in fact order as I’ve ordered the same donut at any shipleys for 15 years now.We only even went here because Bonnie’s is on vacation and I will never make that mistake again.

The doughnuts are very good. There is a new computer system that made this visit a lot longer, but the doughnuts were worth the wait. Go pick up while dozen! ?
