Fish quality was 5/5. The nigiri tasted very fresh. The rolls were well made, both aesthetically and with composition and balance of flavor. You can see the staff making your sushi behind the counter, and can tell they put great effort into it. We had the Tuna, Salmon, and Scallop Nigiri, as well as the Trifecta Roll, Pink Lovely, and Top Scallop.Service was 5/5. If you love sushi, GO HERE! My husband and I had been wanting to check this place out for a while, and after we finally went I'm sad we waited way so long to try it! The chef really cares about serving high quality food, and the flavors are incredible. We got the tuna tartare and it was absolutely craveable - it comes with this mild wasabi sauce that I could probably drink by the gallon. Then we got a few sushi rolls and every single one was unique and delicious, truly flavors we had never had before, and all very memorable in the best way. We can't wait to go back and try more sushi!

I ate here Friday evening 3/15. The food itself is very fresh but the presentation was very sloppy that night. Older gentleman running around try to help to new guys. The heavy set guy was very unorganized.I think this place got rid of a couple employees and this place would really be great.

Good food for strip center sushi. They were out of fatty tuna and salmon which was disappointing. The service was horrendous. Inexperienced server trying to serve the small restaurant, he couldn’t multi task and got easily overwhelmed trying to help one table at a time (wouldn’t check on next table until he solved everything for one table). After he didn’t return for 20 minutes after we asked for another drink when our food was delivered, I ended up going to the sushi bar counter to pay and leave.

Their cold appetizer plates (basically crudos) were tasty — would go back and probably exclusively order these. The fish was fresh with good portions and bright flavors. Small restaurant with a family feel. Great non-pretentious place for decent rolls and crudo-style sashimi!

Delicious!!! The chef was so attentive. The sushi was 10/10 it was the first time I order 2 sushis for my self? but everything was delicious! so I had the urge to eat more. The fish was so fresh! The eel sashimi was perfect. I really recommend this
