Horrible. We called and ordered an hour before then when I asked about it they said it wasn't ready it was so small in there and the employees kept staring at me like I was not to their liking. Nine people in the back and I had seen a beetle or roach on the floor. I asked about it again and the lady had it sitting in the take out microwave. Never coming here again.

Great place to come for wings; short guy with glasses he is very nice. Yesterday I order and loved this spot my food was so quick. Especially never knew what was a wait time because I don’t come to Wingstop my experience was great. I ask and the manager explained it.Kid-friendliness: Employees and management treat kids like home ♥️ they’re are very respectful toward kids

Went in at 132 ordered chicken sandwich w bbq sauce. At 203. Nobody else in here. No bbq sauce no mayo no ketchup no muster no nothing. Plsne fried chicken patty thst I saw come from an bag. Help up frong csnt speak English. No wonder this place is dead. Never

Worked with the Manager on a large catering order for an event. Everything was great, including food quality and service. The wings were a big hit.

Placed an online order and received not only confirmation of it being placed but that it was ready for pick up.Husband went to pick up and was told that it was “never received due to me (wife) using card in wife’s name yet husbands app account was used to place order ……..bullshhhht excuse.Had to place order again while there in person and ended up getting the incorrect order AND overcharged for incorrect order and WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH ORDERS!? Almost $80 for 20 bone in wings bc this establishment cannot correct the online ordering issue (apparently judging from other reviews as well as our experience) but they can’t even rectify their faults. We will drive 10 miles out of the way just to avoid giving this location any business. Food was okay, though.

The manager with the glasses was rude to my wife and me when we came to pick up our online order. I understand that people are under pressure due to the super bowl but there was no need for him to be so rude. Go to the 646 location for better service, food isn't good at any Wingstop anyways.

Placed order. Bill came to $14.17. Gave clerk $20.17. He tried to give me $5.83 change. When I pointed out error, he looked like deer in headlights. When I explained that 20.17 minus 14.17 was $6.00, he just said that was not what the cash register said. Other clerk there was just as ignorant. Got my 20.17 back and left.

My family and I order here all the time and about 4 out of 5 times, something is missing. I wouldn’t be as irritated if it was something I wasn’t paying extra for, but having to pay extra and still not getting the food is very irritating.

Pretty bad customer service by Regional Manager. I placed and paid for an order that was canceled. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes before ordering thru door dash instead. I called a couple days later and was told that the store closed early and my money would be refunded in 10 business days. The area Manager said the store was closed yet Door dash picked up my order from that location. So I ended up paying the higher Door dash prices and have to wait 10 business days for my money back with nothing but a half a** apology.

Every time we order our wings well done they're not well done we're dining in we know it's going to take extra time to get our food we tell yall we don't mind waiting to have extra crisp food yet we always get soggy food this is why I prefer to buy their sauce and make my own wings at home.
