I am actively in the drive through leaving this review because at 12:35 on April 18th the guy on drive through yelled at me unprovoked.He was taking my order trying to speed through and I was giving him time, it wasn’t that busy. He asked for time to take the pickles off as I requested. The board at the ordering station changed and a waited a solid thirty seconds for him to indicate he was ready. He didn’t say anything so I slowly started to say: “and can I get a…” and he cut me off and said: “yeah. I said give me a minute so give me a minute” and immediately a woman cut him off and continued my order.I don’t know what the guys issue was but the lady apologized cause even she knew he was in the wrong. Awful.

Service was substandard even for fast food, they didn't have 2 of the items we ordered and we're unable to get our cash or rewards back and we're given small sodas instead. Team member was rude, rolled his eyes at us and just closed the window while we were speaking to him. I will not be returning to this location.

Got home no Ranch. Seriously. Have the manager fire her. Update March 31st 2024. The guy taking my order through drive in was rudeas. Also they have lemonade on thier menu but don't order it , they don't have it. SMH.

If you are just going here to get food, there are tons of other places to go nearby. If you are specifically craving Burger King food, do yourself a favor and drive to the location in Cedar Park. This place is a complete joke. Usually they just aren't even open during normal business hours, but if they are, you'll wait fifteen minutes for your food if one person is in line in front of you, and it will be absolute garbage when you do get your order. Don't waste your money here. And no, this isn't from one visit, it is from trying this place about once a month for the past two years and it's consistently bad.

I am extremely disappointed. This is the second time I have ordered one large combo meal and one medium combo meal where the large fry had the same amount of fries as the medium fry. Paying extra for a larger box. The first picture is how I got them out of the bag, the second one where I switched the fries into the opposite sized box. Giant scam.
Order the original chicken sandwich meal at this location today. I see why the parking lot is always empty.

We really like this location, I usually order from the app, and the food always comes out exactly as requested (usually with some modifications). We love the location and appreciate that they have a kids placescape. I know it’s hard to find reliable help these days and just wish that their dining room wasn’t closed periodically. Well, after reading the other reviews, I was hesitant. This being the closest location food I considered, give it a chance?Holy wow! I’ve always liked BK for their charbroil, this location is actually on point! Just drive up and order like normal, seems most the negative reviews have something to do with apps…This location on its own is hands down one of the best Bks I’ve ever had, thank you staff there!

I would give this place negative 1 stars if I could. We ordered 30 dollars worth of food online. When we arrived, the store was closed due to short staffing. We called the store, we called the corporate number on the door and we emailed BK corporate to get our money back and no one will answer our inquiries. Literally NO ONE will talk to us to get our money back. I will NEVER go back. 30 bucks is a lot of money for fast food. We aren't wasting our time or money on these fools again.
