My Hubby & I discovered this gem today. After dropping our daughter to her classical vocal class, we had to 'spend' an hour....so we drive around Leander, stop at a Gas station, and parked in the corner, I see this kitchen on wheels, Dosa Bandi.The taste & texture of every item on the breakfast platter was so authentic....kudos to the chef, and her attention to detail! Ordered bandi special podi onion dosa, bandi ghee masala dosa.. they were delicious. We got peanut chutney and coconut chutney with it , they were so so good. Must try. Thanks for the delicious

The dosas here have a distinctive quality that sets them apart. I was pleasantly surprised by how unique they could be. Their poori bhaji is also a favorite of mine, thanks to its high quality. The only minor issue is the occasional wait time.
