We ordered through on-line the family fried chicken for a New Year's Eve family get together. I ordered it Saturday to be picked up Sunday at 5:00 p.m. I got there at 4:56 and our order was all packaged up and ready to go. When we got to our family event everything was fresh and hot! It was the first time we've used their online system, but it won't be the last. We were very pleased and will recommend using the Golden Chick online system. When I ordered my food, the cashier was patient and kind as well. When my order arrived, the catfish was overall hot and fresh, including the fries 5/5 would come again. Lastly, on my first try, I won the plushy.

Great Manager!! Jesse made sure to correct our order from the drive thru. Getting home with missing items is never a good experience. After calling the store and explaining what was missing or wrong. He asked if I would be coming to pick it up. I wasn’t exactly enthusiastic about a drive back to the store during rush hour after work. Jesse made my order correct, and brought it to the house! This is AMAZING SERVICE!! 10/10!!
