I keep giving this location a chance, since I don't have many other options, but the last 3 times I've ordered, it has taken a ridiculously long time to get my order delivered. The last time it took 40 minutes for my order to go in the oven, and another 45 to arrive at my house. Also ,my wife wanted a simple salad, but they didn't have any,so they had to call with that news before they headed to my house. The kids running the place (I've never seen anyone over 20 in this location), apparently have zero customer service training. All they do is apologize, because they always have to.The last year has been my worst ever experience with Domino's.

Picked up my pizza drove it 20mins home and opened it just to find it was made wrong and undercooked. So drove all the way back showed the person working and they told me “looks good to me” they had it remade anyways. 2nd pizza was made right but still undercooked. And I mean you can smell the uncooked dough, it was completely oblivious.I can deal with food being made wrong but sending out an undercooked pizza twice is just bizarre and then being told it looks good.I’m out gas and my money bc I won’t be driving another 20mins back to deal with anyone there.

This branch has exclusively went to using a call center and an automated service to receive all of there calls for placing orders. I refuse to continue giving business to a franchise that's unwilling to give me their time in taking my order .

I got a $14 Philliy Cheesesteak sandwich yesterday that had NO CHEESESTEAK in it! In fact, it only had 2 slices of mushrooms, a few strips of peppers and maybe a half a slice of cheese. This was my first visit to this location. My son drove almost 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes back home, so no point in going back. I'll never go back there again.
