I recently dined at 206 Luster Grill and had an exceptional experience. The sushi was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and freshness. Moreover, the customer service was outstanding; the staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Excellent food, Spectacular Service, and relaxing Ambiance! Great location off of Josey and Windhaven! Plenty of parking, and welcoming atmosphere! It's fast casual, with a huge menu that's split by apps, entrees, combos, sushi, sides, and drinks! It's a bit overwhelming but the server was extremely friendly and helpful! I went with the most popular item: Combo of Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken Katsu (fried chicken), steamed rice and salad! The portion was large- easily shareable if you're not super hungry ;-) The grilled chicken teriyaki was perfect!! It a slight crunch and a sweet flavor. And the Katsu was super delicious, crunchy, and perfectly cut into bit sized pieces! The salad was also tasty and provided a good balance to the meal! Overall I loved the food and I will be back to try their other items!

I was just looking for something to eat after work one day and randomly found this place. I ordered the 206 Luster Roll, it was suggested by the sweetest woman who rang up my order. The presentation was phenomenal, and the taste was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back to try something else on their menu.

typical example of how google review can be deceiving, plus the owner/manager does not have professional attitude towards customers. quite unprofessional in the restaurant. The interior is set up like a fast food restaurant and service/food are just like that.

Me, my husband and our two kids stopped while traveling home to Louisiana from New Mexico. We were tired and starving and were all craving sushi. Upon online searching the area for the best sushi/hibachi, luster grill came highly recommended so we decided to give it a go. Walking in, I immediately noticed how clean and well kept all areas of the facility were. It was close to closing time so I figured we would be the only ones dining anywhere so I wasn't surprised that we were the only patrons. That only lasted about 5 mins when two more parties arrived. Walking to the counter we were all overwhelmed by the many options. Famished- we decided to order almost everything on the menu when the sweet owner said "I think that's probably enough - I serve large portions". We both laughed and decided that was probably true so we completed our order. We sit down and get our soft drinks which are served in cute mason jars. First out we're the gyozas. They lasted 36 seconds. Delicious. Second the California roll and crunch roll. Both amazing!! The star of the show was the shrimp noodles served with steamed white rice. Y'all.... So freaking good and even better when topped with the amazing teriyaki sauce!!! We also got an order of the shrimp fried rice and side salad which also, you guessed it.... Delicious! The finale was the dragon and 206 roll. Both of which were were Incredible! Needless to say, she was right and we had ordered wayyyyy tooo much food . We tried to no avail to finish but were fortunate to take away two large containers of left overs! The owner was so kind and welcoming and explained she started cooking and serving while in college and knowing what it's like to be a student she made her portions large enough to serve as more than one meal. I can appreciate that! Price point is on point ESPECIALLY for those portions. All in all the cleanliness (which is HUGE for me), price, serving size and short wait time for food make me give Luster grill !

Well, it was more like a California stroll - tiny sushi pieces that made me question if I was nibbling on fish or fish bait! And the service? Let me tell you, it was like watching a one-man manga show! This guy at the register was multitasking like he was auditioning for the lead role in 'Superman vs. The Flash: Sushi Edition'! I mean, is he the owner or just the world's fastest order-taker? Oh, and let's not forget the ambiance - a Seattle Tower photo and a menu bigger than Mount Fuji. But hey, at least that was decent. But mark my words, I won't be back anytime soon! And if I spot that one-man band again, I'm out of there faster than you can say 'Wasabi emergency!'
