When you’re going through the drive-through, make sure you repeat your order at least three times because they don’t write it down and they will forget the most important thing you order. I Spent Almost $50 in food and the main thing I wanted was kimchi. Of course, there was no kimchi in the order. I asked for extra twice. The majority of the food will be thrown away as it was really just to compliment the kimchi. I really recommend that you start writing down the customers orders because I’m definitely not coming back at this point and it was a complete waste and I’m definitely someone that orders a lot and I tip. But I’m not wasting my money again.

Ara is our favorite asian restaurant in all of Dallas Fort Worth! There is so much we can say about how comfortable our family was here and how welcome we felt each time we visited for a warm meal together. The atmosphere is calm and the food is delicious - highly authentic! The dining area is open with large windows so I never felt cramped or anyone sitting too close to us. After a stressful day or week, we made it a point to visit Ara as a family to have a delicious meal together.... And all is well in the world again.Kid-friendliness: They serve French fries!
Cozy, Great food, and Excellent customer service. There is no other Korean restaurant where you can get a Bulgogi bowl (KBBQ with rice) for $11.00. Their traditional stews and soups are top rate. You gotta try their pork BBQ . Both spicy and soy sauce flavors taste great. This is my go-to lunch spot. There are lots of seats. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are welcoming and courteous. They have additional parking in the back. I am very picky when it comes down to food. ARA definitely has my approval of an authentic Korean restaurant.

, We usually come on Sunday and everytime we walk in. We are always greeted with warm welcome and are always impressed by the customer service that we always receive here. There is a lady who is very nice and always gives my children candy every time we go. She also always brings the food to our table even though she doesn’t have too because it’s self serve. My children call her candy lady. Food and service is amazing, I recommend it.

The service was extremely good. When my gf said she hadn't had Korean food before, they offered a lot of suggestions and even let us try some sikhye.I second what another reviewer said about the steamed dumplings, they are very large & filling. My chicken teriyaki bento box was delicious.

First time coming here. Our friend helped us order. It's a walk up and order. Had to read the descriptions of the food as I'm not a huge Korean foodie. We loved it all. So flavorful and tasty. We ordered the Fried pork dumplings. Also had the grilled beef short ribs. Enjoyed all of the side items (steamed egg, potatoes salad, pickled reddish, Kim chee, steamed rice, and japchae noodles. Will definitely come back. So delicious.

Watch out, though; they are bigger than expected. It's listed as an appetizer, but it can be a full meal by itself. The bulgogi chicken bowl is good, although not as spicy as I expected. There was no shortage of ingredients in the seafood bowl, including a rather large crab. The staff is friendly, but it's a self-service restaurant, so no tip is needed. They do a good job keeping the place clean by wiping down the table shortly after customers are done eating. We will definitely be back.

My first time here. I walked in and the first thing I noticed is that there were mostly Korean customers therfore I figured it must be good and it sure was. I had the spicy Korean ribs with all the extra sides. It was better than I expected. I totally recommend it.
