I order 1 impossible burger, with 1 small fries and 1 small drink nothing crazy for my girlfriend. However, during my last visit, I noticed that the lettuce and tomato were both microwaved and hotter than the patty itself. I am wondering why the lettuce and tomato were heated at all when they should be served cold and crispy. The patty was the only thing that should have been hot and fully cooked, but unfortunately, the entire dish was bland. Did not end up finishing the food after a few bitesVegetarian options: impossible burger not good.

Food was okay, definitely not hot off the broiler. No carbonation on the dining room drink station. They also didn't change it out. Play room was freezing. Denied selling a kids toy, denied selling coffee at noon. Not the best atmosphere or service. Will not return!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to get breakfast for my family to eat on Friday, March 15, 2024 in the morning while doing laundry. Went through the drive-thru. The cashier lady who answered had an attitude and didn’t speak much English. Anything I said outside of combo numbers, she ignored. I ordered 4 breakfast combos, 2 of them large. This cost me almost $50. The cashier made me pull forward even though there was no one in line or dining in the entire time I was there. The cashier brought me my food. The sodas were flat. The food was sloppily prepared and tasted like it had been sitting out. The potato coins were super blonde, undercooked, and soggy. One of the sandwiches was not what I ordered. So even though the order was correct on the screen, she still gave me the wrong thing. This was hands down the worst fast food experience I have had in my life. I will be making the drive down the road for McDonalds should we ever get hungry again while doing laundry. The food quality and service were way too low to justify the exorbitant price.

The onion rings were not done. Burgers that were ordered without tomatoes (because the person ordering is allergic. A chicken sandwich ordered plan and dry came with all kinds of stuff on it... they fixed the sandwiches but the place was not busy at all (like nearly ghost town) so it's not like they were overwhelmed.

Just because I was hungry stop here and burgués still the same quality flavor other wise the service is terrible the guy attends the drive thru still busy by self and he can attend the in shoppers waiting for someone take the order also another lady co worker she see us we waiting for some can the order she do nothing…. So don’t came at Sunday night shift the service is terrible I don’t know if is same the rest the schedule week …

Tried this location twice in the past 2 months. First time I only got an ice coffee, and it tasted like Fabuloso, the cleaning product. I asked them to get me another one and that tasted like coffee, which means Fabuloso was probably in the first cup. Second time, I ordered a Whopper in drive thru. Just a sandwich. It took them 30 minutes to get me that order… they told me there was a huge order in front of me. Well, even if that was the case, they could’ve told me that it’d take a half an hour to get my burger when I placed my order. So tried them twice and failed twice. Coincidence?

Ordered ahead through the app, checked in at the drive thru and was asked to park. I waited 30mins watching other cars do the same as me, and their food was brought out within mins. Nobody checked to see what I even ordered to make sure I got my order, ended up just leaving and requesting a refund through the app. Will never visit this location again.

Are the people working here illiterate? They can’t get an order right. A simple one-item order, and they can’t get it right. No wonder they’re working at Burger King.

This place is an embarrassment. Girl at the counter kept mixing up customer orders in front of us. Then we had to tell her 6 different times to add fries... then we get the order and theres still no fries... several people walked out without food after seeing these issues. Menu board not working, food isn't hot, order is wrong, receipts barely legible, soda mix is off... Bad workers are 1 thing, but the management here should be replaced immediately. They obviously aren't doing what they should be. This is in no way acceptable and none of us will be returning to BK for quite some time after this debacle. Do better.

I went to get dinner for me and my son. I got 3 spicy wraps no tomatoes add pickles to one. I got one regular two spicy and there was tomato’s on one, I also ordered a BACON cheeseburger heavy pickle NO KETCHUP I got a cheeseburger with ketchup. Please double check the order when making it is all I ask. Very disappointed with this experience. I’m not sure I’ll be back. My order number was 83.

Food was right on point, only thing is, a number 8 and 9 shouldn't cost the same just by adding bacon, I'm lactose intolerant. Had no choice but to go with the number 9.
