Chili's can be really iffy. This location was amazing! The food was hot and fresh, the service was great and the restaurant was clean!!

I hadn't been to a Chili's in over 10 years. The chili queso is definitely NOT the same. YUCK! The salsa and chips are still amazing! Had to get the OlTimer with cheese. Sadly, I wasn't expressed. Meat was burned and crispy. So much salt just couldn't choke it down. Our server was very sweet but had way too many tables and the bar. Most tables were dirty from the last guest, and the server was running table to table she couldn't take finished plates off our table. I personally felt bad for her because she was doing it all on her own. She still had a smile on her face, though! It was during the lunch hour, on a Friday, during spring break! Management should have planned better.

Fajitas, skillet queso, potato soup were pretty good. Music is a bit loud and restaurant is cold. Chips were greasy and not that crispy. Staff goofing off instead of watching the tables. Not too busy.Parking: Lots of open spots. Multiple signs warning people to lock cars and hide stuff.
Our server was sweet but kind of oblivious. Food was terrible (steak cooked wrong, potstoes tasted like feet and the broccoli had no seasoning) and she didn't seem to notice asked if we wanted boxes becuse i didn't eat my food and i said ewe no and she just moved on. Also we were 2 groups and she didnt ask if we wanted to split or anything. I ended up just paying for it all and i didn't even eat. Would recommend going just about anywhere else.

As usual I was out and about with my daughter and grandson so we decided to go to Chili’s or The Pepper ?️ as my grandson calls it for lunch. We arrived, were greeted and seated in a booth as requested within 2-3 minutes. The parking lot and restaurant were clean and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant. My daughter and I ordered the 3 for me with a salad, sirloin steak I had loaded broccoli and she had loaded mashed potatoes. My grandson had the cheese quesadilla add chicken. Our food arrived in about 12 minutes but we wouldn’t have noticed if it had been longer because we were each enjoying a “nice-a-rita! Our steaks were cooked perfectly medium well as requested and everything tasted great. This isn’t my usual Lewisville location but I can say I’ll frequent this location more often.
