In my opinion a score is only as good as its worst aspect. In this case, the food was good, but I ordered very expensive guacamole and did not receive it. It was a pickup order so I didn't really have time to bust open the bag and check my food. When people buy things online they trust you to include their $2.70 serving of guacamole in the order without a visual confirmation of overseeing employees so that they do the thing you are paying them to do. I also find it galling that the app asks you to leave a tip before you even are served. This is why I didn't tip and why I will continue to not tip at restaurants when they ask for a tip before service is performed.

Ordered a bowl online around 8pm.As soon as the order was placed I called the location a total of 10 times.On the 10 th call a women picked up and then when I asked her if she had my order she huffed and put the phone down and walked away and left me on the phone saying “Hello” repeatedly.Then after a 10 minute wait on the phone she came back to the phone and hung up.Right after receiving my bowl I then noticed that I had pork within my bowl,mind you I had half steak and half chicken.This is ridiculous especially since I paid 30$ for my bowl and wasn’t able to eat it due to it being pork.

Yesterday I got the worst chipotle bowl I’ve ever hard. I got half chicken and half steak and the steak tasted so bad. It was inedible. Probably won’t ever get chipotle anymore. Rather have CAVA
They really do skimp you on portions. You literally have to ask for extras and everyone working here has an attitude.

nice staff, but they need to concentrate more on cleanness. If you glance inside of kitchen, there's always dirty stuff. Staff need more education about food safety. They wear gloves, touch the food, touch the money, touch the machine, and go back to touch food without replacing. No human sense.
I’m so confused. I walked in 20 minutes before closing trying to order a simple chicken quesadilla and I was told they’re no longer making quesadillas because they turned the machine off…. 20 minutes before closing?? Weird and unprofessional.
