“Update: Dan got in contact with me promptly and addressed my concerns in detail. This restored my confidence in continuing to support the business. ----- Food is still great, but unfortunately I had an experience that doesn't sit well with me. I placed an online order on 3/24 and only noticed all the small extra fees after placing the order. I figured it's worth it to skip the long wait. When we arrived to pick up the order, the staff not only didn't have the sandwiches ready, they didn't even know about our order. They only found the ticket after we talked to someone and started making the sandwiches then. They also told us it's better to call in with the order instead of using the website. I happily would have done so, had the website advised me to call. I asked if our online ordering fee and other fees could be refunded since there was no point in ordering online (I had even tipped over $5 on our order of 2 sandwiches and was not even asking for this money back despite the disappointing experience). The staff seemed unable to process such a transaction. They asked me to write my phone number down and said someone would call me. No one has called me. I really would have preferred to give my feedback directly, but I am really disappointed with the lack of follow through. I was such an enthusiastic fan, so this is bittersweet.“

They have be: crispy, tangy and chewy without being flat, oily or greasy.So when the craving hit, I looked up places and sure enough this place looked right. Walked in and ordered my standard everything with jalapeño cream cheese. “Omg I just found my new local sandwich shop. I ordered the #5 pork grilled Banh mi with a sugar cane drink. The sandwich was so delicious and full of flavor. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the veggies blended well with the sandwich. It was superb, thank you, God! Definitely recommend checking out this Vietnamese shop. The people running this shop are really friendly and nice people. It's so close to my house as well. It's affordable too. Anything DFW foodie would love this place.“

“This first time dining in at the Coppell Deli & Grill. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. I ordered a catfish dinner with fries, it was cooked perfectly. The fish batter on the fish was light and crispy. The tater tots were so so good!! We always ordered Fried Chicken dinner and the chicken was crispy and juicy and that gravy was delicious. The bacon cheeseburger was also cooked beautifully. As someone only passing through Coppell, TX this is a definite must try.
