I was visiting Dollar General next door, and couldn't help but notice the crowd surrounding this elotes stand. Very glad I popped over, Mexican street corn is one of my favorites! The lady working was very sweet, and very busy. She's a master with cutting the fresh corn off the cob into the cup, so none of us waiting were there for more than 5 minutes.
