I've never really gone wrong with a sub from Firehouse. Ingredients are fresh, customer service is usually pretty good, my expectations are pretty much met everytime. My wife and I stopped by quickly for a grab and go on our way to the Music Hall at Fair Park yesterday around lunch to catch a show. It was between here and Freebirds, pretty much next door. The place was fairly empty and we hoped to get our subs made a bit faster, but the time it took to make and toast them was reasonable. I ordered the 8" brisket bbq and my wife ordered the 8" philly cheesesteak one....and we both scarfed our subs down quickly after we got in the car. I think it's so good because of the mayo spread, because neither of us usually use mayo on the sandwiches we make. But all the ingredients were great. Nothing undecooked, nothing too chewy, nothing too salty. I always get what I expect from any Firehouse, a quality and good tasting sub.

I love their subs and the staff is fast and friendly I use the Firehouse app and it's done and still hot .I grab and go but sometimes I grab a seat and I have no waiting and eat there.

I love firehouse subs. I discovered them at the Irving location when I moved to the dfw area nearly 3 years ago. The Colony location is the best one I've visited so far and is so close to my house. Coming from someone who used to love subway, firehouse is 100% better. They have fresh ingredients they don't skimp on and they have large portions that are easy to share. They also have a generous rewards program where it doesn't take you a year to win one free item. The store is always clean and the staff is always very friendly. I have been nothing but impressed with this location.

First time to Firehouse Subs. There were 6 young people behind the counter and they fell behind on all order because the printer was not working properly. There was one young man who seem to know how to work by calling out the orders. The rest of the staff looked clueless. Will not return anytime soon.

Sandwiches are hands down delicious, but the real bonus here is the array of hot sauces they cycle out. Try the Semper Fi and OU. :)

The subs here are better than Subway. I feel like these subs have more flavor than Subway. I got the #4 sandwich and it was really good. They also have lots of hot sauce that you can put on your sub.
Hands down this is the best sub shop I have been to. I am always greeted when I walk in which makes me feel I am appreciated. I am addicted to the Italian sub and always get the large fully involved. They have a large fresh selection of toppings and they don't skimp when putting it in the sub. Always a great experience here. Keep up the good work Firehouse Subs.

Firehouse Subs has excellent food compared to the competition. This location has friendly and engaging staff and the food is good. The size of the restaurant is a little on the small side so it is easy to get overcrowded a bit. Glad there is now a location close to my home.

This firehouse location just opened up recently and it's already getting busy. I came in on a Saturday around 2:30pm and it was crowded. I always order the roast beef sandwich on wheat, fully involved(with all the topping). I got my sub to go but it still took a while to get my order. I think it was cause there were a couple orders before me that ordered 3 or more subs. I absolutely love their subs, especially the pickle that all of their subs come with! Definitely recommend coming here and I'm so glad they opened up a location that's closer to my house.
