Ive been coming to this Five guys for so many times and today this cashier short light skin gave me the rudest attitude she didn’t greet me and when I asked for a milkshake she looked me in the eyes and with attitude she said “what kind” and then I told her never mind I don’t want anything and she rolled her eyes at me this happened right now 2/21/24 at 9:30pm Ive worked in fast food restaurants for years and never did I dare to treat a customer like this. I miss the guys that are usually there they were always kind

Staff did were not welcoming , burger test so bad its the worst 5 guys I have ever tasted in my life , I made an onion order it tool me 10 minutes to be there , I thought that the food will be ready by the time I be there and I had to wait 7 minutes for my order to be ready.

No soap in the men’s restroom, which is a serious health concern if there are any male employees. It was seemingly rectified when I brought it to the attention of the crew.

Now just like any five guys the food was good. But the service was so so slow a couple people who came in 5 minutes after us got their food first and had more people than we did we probably were there 15 minutes before we got our food and now I understand AND THE FRIES WERE SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

(NOT FIVE GUYS’ FAULT!)Ordered through ubereats and the order came to me completely wrong!Driver wouldn’t pick up and the Uber help desk sent me multiple incorrect numbers to call!I drove over to Five Guys and they SAVED! THE! DAY!Amazing customer service as always and they got me my order fast and fresh!Special shout-out to Kaeon and Kazie!They were amazing and super kind!
