“They have great customer service. They are very friendly and will provide samples of the teas, shakes ect. You can also get waffles . There are vegan options for shakes that are meal replacements. I would recommend if you are trying to lose weight or want to want healthy options. I tried the tea and it takes great and the waffles. I will try more of their products in the future.“

“Apparently I’ve been living under a rock because I had never heard of this place, but I’m so glad I found it! I’m always looking for great restaurants that have nice patios so my dog can come along too. We got a sandwich and a protein bowl and both were delicious. “One of the most delightful establishments I’ve been to. Coach Brittany is pure joy. “Decent healthy breakfast in a bowl. Nice place. Counter staff is friendly and knows their stuff. You order at the counter and take a number to your table, which might be at the perfectly nice covered outdoor patio area. I like it for breakfast and lunch. I haven't tried it for dinner yet. Work colleagues like it for lunch. Also pretty good DoorDash experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly.“

“I built my own salad, they offer many options for protein and toppings so there's many possibilities for what you can make. The serving sizes are large and I left very full, which isn't always the case with salads! The tables could have been cleaner as there was only one table for me to sit at that wasn't covered in crumbs, but the food and service were excellent. They do charge extra for cheese as well which added almost two dollars to my bill.“

“The food was delicious! Speedy service a bit expensive though. I got an avocado toast which again was delicious. It was one slice of bread and had two cherry tomatoes about 1/4 avocado, a pinch of pumkin, sesame and poopy seeds and a bit of feta and it was 7$ I also got a med vitality bowl and my total was 23$“

“It would be helpful to have more information about what you are getting the protein content, calories, the price, what the asterisk means. Also adding peanut butter and oats would be greatly beneficial to the menu. Also the shake was pretty good and price isn’t bad considering you get a tea with it.“

“Rush Bowls aren't cheap but they're very good.They need more locations though, I always have to drive 15 to 20 minutes to get one.But, it's worth it.A bowl can be your lunch! It leaves you satisfied without the feeling of "Oh, I ate too much!" And you know it's low calorie and in bad fats. Try them!“
