This place is the best restaurant i have ever been to!!! I can’t even describe how good the food was! The service was amazing and got my food out in secs!!! I want to come to this place everyday now because it is that good!! 10/10 for sureeeee!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Took forever to get what little food we got, after waiting over 15 minutes for two 15 year olds to reappear together from the back room. ? They looked stoned out of their heads and had to be told the order three times. The pictures are SO DECEIVING. Picture is of the famous mac and cheese. No tray to carry food, nothing.

My initial problem was that the guy taking my order was extremely rude. Then the macaroni was not at all what I was expecting based on advertising. The noodles were dry, the food smelled and tasted awful and it was very cold!! We couldn’t finish the Mac and cheese, it was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The only good thing about this place is their fries but the moody cashier makes it not worth it.

The chili cheese fries are amazing and it is always good Everytime they make it. Staff is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. Would recommend this to anyone ?

I went here with high expectations to be let down the staff never changed their gloves. I had to ask them to change their gloves. Watching them prepare multiple orders plus taking orders also touch equipment and food with the same gloves. I order The Clucker and the picture was extremely exaggerated of the real meal it should be The click with the miniature drum leg plus the mac and chess was DRY this was awful do not recommend this place at all. Unsanitary and disgusting.

The meat is frozen and it taste like that fake rubbery stuff in the freezer section of a market. There are three guys manning the front. One building a structure out of styrofoam cups to make a tip jar out of it. 2nd made himSelf the exact same plate I requested and was prepping the whole thing without gloves and accessing the ingredients. They did not start my order until one of them realized they ran out of fries. Worse service ever. And food was horrible..

I was at the mall early, and decided to grab an early lunch. I went to Hot Fries a little after 11:00 am. They were not open. I had pizza instead. In my time sitting in the food court, I did not see Hot Fries open. A few days later, I was at the mall with my daughter. She bought mac and cheese from Hot Fries. They put it in the microwave and it came out super hot. She said it was not good, very bland and did not eat it. Maybe we will try the fries when we are at the mall again.

Why is my review being removed from this page?? But yes this is what I was served at Hot Fries!!! The staff was very rude and unapologetic about what they served me. Both of my orders were serviced with raw meat on the inside. I still have not received a refund. I was told my staff that it would take up to 24 hours to return to my card. This has been five days later. This is the most horrible place in the world.
Would not recommend out of everything we asked for, looked like 3 kids running it with no adult supervision. Food was not good at all. Menu looks appetizing but it was pre cooked microwaved stuff. Ketchup tasted fermented

Everything about this place, where to even start. The Mac and cheese IMMACULATE. The flavor of the wings, incredible. The atmosphere, words can’t even begin to describe. That blonde haired boy made my experience unforgettable, and delightful. He NEEDS a raise. The boy with the brown hair, only one word to describe him. Marine court material. Them together= amazing duos. Nothing truly made me happier then the experience I had with them. Thank you Hot Fries. It’s not even hot fries anymore, it’s hot homes.

One of the most amazing fry eating experiences out there. Great for fry eating adventures. The Mac and Cheese is the best Mac and Cheese out there. None better! I’ve never seen wings this good out on the circuit. I wish I could give it a 5.1 stars, it’s that good!! The customer service is matched by none. Got my food within seconds. Not minutes. Seconds. 5 seconds tops! I don’t understand how people don’t love this place. 10 out of 10, well, 5 out of 5 because I can’t put 10. Word.
