Having twins, boy and girl, is always very difficult for both of them to agree on a cake each year.We had a big celebration for their 15th birthday, Quinceañera.At the cake tasting Danny made sure we had such a great time but hard decision due to to all the flavors tasting amazing and the icing delicious and unique.We decided on 4 flavors. For the decoration we wanted to make sure it worked for the both of them and chose a Mexican theme cake with vibrant colors- Irene and her team perfected it.Thank you Irene for making my twins dream cake and bring a taste of home to all my family. Stunning work highly recommend.Great staff!

purchased a birthday cake there...lady gave to me without a box; it was cold and rainy. I asked for a box and was given a box with no lid and it was way bigger than the cake so it slid around and got scuffed up. Very disappointed.

YUMMMMMMM I ordered two small smash cakes and cupcakes for my son's first birthday party and the cupcakes and cakes were delicious!!! I sent Irene a picture of what I wanted the cake design to be and it turned out even better than I could have imagined!! Everyone at the party commented about how delicious and moist the cupcakes were and how beautiful the cakes were! Real strawberries and real pineapples in the cupcakes and cakes made them extra deliciousness Communication with Irene was very easy and she was quick to communicate! I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Located on the historic Main Street of Lewisville, this is a great family-run bakery shop for special occasions. Irene worked with me to design a custom cake for a friend’s birthday that was “70s groovy theme”. The cake exceeded our expectations and was a huge hit. Her prices were fair and the service was amazing - you’re greeted with warmth as soon as you walk in. Would definitely recommend!

BEST ANNIVERSARY CAKE I went to Multiple cake bakery's and they told me for some reason they wasn't able to do it and they wanted so much extra $. but Irene's bakery did such a amazing job exactly how I wanted everything was perfect and amazing and so cute and she always fits me in for last minute events thank you so much for your time and effort will always be coming back to her shes so affordable & talented her cakes was so good and fresh!!

I bought a beautiful Birthday cake for my twin grandbabies who turned two. I found a photo of the cake and Irene's Bakery duplicated it, and even added some additional detail.I received excellent customer service from each person I talked to. Half of the payment was due when I placed the order and balance when the cake was picked up.I hate to say this, but the cake was one of the worst tasting cakes I've ever had. First of all it was hard to cut through the heavy dry layers. The cake was dense, flavorless and I was totally embarrassed. You know it's bad when two year olds won't eat it!!Even though it was beautiful on the outside, I could have gotten a much better tasting cake from the grocery store, and it would have saved me $$$

Had a great experience working with Irene's Bakery. We went in for a tasting, ordered or wedding cake, had it delivered and decorated with fresh flowers I had purchased and all went smoothly. The owner is friendly and was helpful. The cake was just what I wanted and tasted great! Highly recommend!

PROs: Friendly and welcoming service. Clean and organized. Catering appears to be their expertise. Ready to buy yummy cupcakes displayed on counters.CONs: Parking is hit or miss. Tad pricey for average sized cupcakes.Approximately $11 we bought 3 cupcakes (churro, strawberry & almond).

This review is so long overdue. Irene and her husband are amazing people! They always respond very quickly and if they can get you into their schedule they will. I have booked two custom cake and a dozen custom cupcakes from Irene now and they've all came out so amazing! The one thing I just say is how moist the cake actually taste. It doesn't only look nice but it taste amazing!!! Irene's work is a tad bit expensive but you get what you pay for!

Recently had gender reveal custom cake from Irene s bakeryHere are the things I loved -1. Cake was delicious, exactly as what we tasted before ordering2. They were able to accommodate us 4-5 days before the event, which was awesome and we really appreciate that!Couple things I was expecting better given reviews and cost1. It was gender reveal cake and disappointed that the pink inside was very light and was hardly visible; Gray kinda looked blue which was confusing. Being a professional bakery, I would definitely expect these things to be better.2. A minor miss - The balloon was missing from the design we selected which was their original design.Will definitely recommend this bakery for the love of good cakes, but make sure to double check little details specifically if it’s for an occasion!
