Do not try to go through here at night. I don't know if they changed the guy up, but the guy that worked the drive-thru and the counter is rude, non-compliant, and just all-around worthless. I've stood at the front counter for a good 20 minutes with him seeing me waiting but never acknowledging my existence. Finally, the guy from The Grill comes up and asks me if I've been helped?. This guy tells him to go back to his station, "I'll take care of it" and then just walks off again....read full review
I can't believe this just happened to me. I was standing and waiting in front of the counter for 10 minutes, but nobody came to get the order. Everybody was so busy doing their thing in the back. I wasn't the only customer they had either. There were 4 people waiting behind me, but nobody cared. Girl with red shirt, I assume that was the manager, made eye contact couple of times, but that was it. O turned around and left, and few of the customers left when I did as well. You come here and spend $40 worth of food for the family and only get $20 worth. I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that the food is old and reheated or the fact that they don’t give you the right orders. I can’t even call and let them know I’m missing a few items due to the fact that they never answer the phone. Waste of time and money coming here.Order number #109
