A very authentic Mexican restaurant. We ordered enchiladas and they were good but unexceptional. I liked the ambience of the restaurant in downtown. Service was good as well. Maybe next time we will order something from the specialty menu.

We have tried this place twice and was very disappointed fist of all they sat us down any nobody ever came back and wasn't even busy so I asked another waitress if she could get us water said she would tell our waitress still nobody came so after 15 wasted minutes we left. Then we gave them another chance and again no service and we left again won't ever go there again

When you walk in and you see what is presumably the abuelos cooking you know it's going to be good! Fourth time here everything is amazing!!

Heard about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Small quaint cozy with a nice optional outdoor patio. I ordered the old standby, beef enchiladas. I wanted red and green chili but only got red. We got a small basket of tortilla chips and salsa. The salsa was watery but tasty. The enchiladas were ready quickly. Served with Spanish rice and refried beans. The enchiladas were shredded beef. Lightly seasoned with what tasted like parmigiana cheese. Different but good. The rice was good as were the bean's although I thought the beans were a little runny. The service was friendly and groom. The prices quite reasonable. I will probably go again when I'm in the neighborhood but order something different next time.

Delicious and inexpensive spot for tacos! I tried one pastor and one barbacoa on the nopal shell. I really, really liked the taste of the nopal - never tried it before and now I want all tacos to be on nopal. I personally preferred the pastor over the barbacoa.

Not sure about these other reviews but this place was horrible. If you want queso, they have Fondue…. And is a FonDont. It came out cold. With peppers on top. And had NO flavor.. we ordered 2 Margaritas. Which had no alcohol in it. We asked for them to remake it, which came back with NO alcohol… and a pile of sugar on the bottom the glass. The enchiladas might as well been a beef broth wrapped in a corn tortilla, with no flavor.Guess we should have gotten the soup or tacos…. Cause everything else was terrible.On the other hand… the Bendt Distillery around the corner… delicious.

There are a variety of salsas to choose from, all made in-house, and the cactus tortillas are out-of-this-world yummy! You will not be disappointed.
