First time trying a JJ. We’ve all heard their commercials and I passed by one and was in the mood for a sandwich so I figured I would give them a shot.-Hardly NO parking. Almost got ran over by one their delivery drivers trying to come inside.. I guess that’s how they deliver so fast, people on hoods of their cars or not.-SMALL dining room. Maybe 5 tables and a booth. Definitely can tell the bulk of their business is TOGO, not dine in.-Was met with a “hello” without anyone even looking in my direction. Was off putting to feel as being in their way by coming in and ordering.-Saw their new Kickin Cajun Chicken sandwich. Looked good so I ordered it. No, lettuce or onion. Have to go back to work, didn’t want to be smelling like onions.-Very disappointed. Who wants to eat cold “rotisserie” style chicken? Bread was cold, meat was cold and, I guess, that’s how they serve it because I wasn’t asked if I wanted it hot.$12 for a cold sandwhich, bag of chips and a water. Not the worst price but I’m thinking JJ is a one and done for me.

I was at a volleyball tournament at MAC, where you do not surrender your parking spot. Ordered JJ and they met me in the parking lot. Quick, order was accurate, and the driver was very friendly. Definitely recommend if your kids' games at MAC are holding you hostage.

I work down the way at PACCAR, and I went to JJ for lunch today (12/11/23). I was treated with absolutely fantastic customer service, and my sandwich was on point. I’ve always received great customer service at this location, but the fellas that were on shift today, were all top notch and seem to work well together.

This location is always clean when i dine in, fountain drinks inside are so good, i usually order via the app and dine in, ive never had an issue. and if i did i am sure they would help resolve it. Food is perfect everytime!

Absolutely HORRIBLE quality. Sandwiches were beyond soggy. Had NONE of the additions I requested. I used to enjoy a sandwiche from here. List my business for good. Last 3 times I have ordered Gere have been below sub-par. 40.00 dollars wasted here, never again. I received overpriced moosh.

Freaky slow! Think there were at least 3 employees in there yet I waited for 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a pre-ordered sandwich. There were only 2 cars in front of me so the line wasn't long at all. That was my 1st and possibly last order at this location.
