The place is small. The staff were very friendly and inviting. It's not fast food so overall service was slow. For some reason they announced they were pausing orders for 20 minutes to let the kitchen catch up but they'd still accept to go orders. Several people left and we just ordered ours to go and got it fairly fast. Smelt amazing and tasted just as great as it smelled.

Food is delicious! We ordered the crab and shrimp platter and the Mac and cheese. Food did come out at different times, but not a big deal because we all shared and would rather have our food warm! The red velvet waffle is so good! Definitely save room for that! The customer service on the other hand, definitely needs improvement. All the servers do is bring out your food and pre bus the table. And if you ask for a refill you will need to go get it yourself, not really my expectation when I’m dining out.
