Can we talk about the customer service and the staff in general?? Every time I come to this place and it’s not often do you ever get greeted, the employees look miserable, don’t speak to you or tell you who’s next. I mean when I say nothing, it’s nothing. If it’s a miserable, quit!! Don’t have a bunch of kids working, to stand around doing nothing. I literally saw a kid or maybe an adult not even sure anymore. Toss pizzas as he boxed them. He was flip the pizzas over because he simply didn’t care. I really don’t understand why people choose to work like this. People do better. Customers are asking questions and the other girl is just starring at them?? She does what the customer is asking but is silent???♀️sad all around. I’m better off going to 121.

Pizza and food is always good and made correctly. However only expect the hot part of the Hot & Ready. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes with no chairs for a single crazy bread. (Not kidding)

I don’t like giving bad reviews because I work with customers in a restaurant as well , but every time and I mean every time I come here service is ridiculous, very rude , specially this one time I had a $50 bill in my hand ,I knew they wouldn’t accept it with 1 pizza ,but I was buying around 5 pizzas with that so I thought it was okay, and this cashier saw it and straight up said “we ain’t accept $50 dolla bills “ and walked away ,I hadn’t even ordered, I walked out and went to dominos , better service and nicer, retrain the employees??♀️

Do NOT order delivery from this location. 3 times in a row items have been left off of our order. 3 2 liters as well as 2 crazy sauces. The actual location is impossible to get on the phone so no refund! $15 worth of items that I did not receive.

The food was great. But the cashier and the people there were talking about turning me and my friend and my fiance into a pizza and then they could most likely get away with it. I'm going to possibly be looking for a new Little Caesars unless something happens about that. I went there this January 22nd at around 9:20 9:30 p.m.

Got to the place 15 min before closing. All lights were off. Told me they were already closed, when clearly it says close at 10. Change the time on the website to “ we close whenever it pleases us”. They looked at each other and didn’t want to attend us.
Ordered delivery of a single large thin crust pizza with pepperoni. We got a very strange topping. Cooked and burned parchment paper was sticking out from under the cheese. Not very appealing or appetizing. Where is the quality control?

My husband went inside this storefront and made eye contact with a team member, who never greeted him or let him know that it would be a few minutes before he would be helped. He waited and nobody ever came to the front. Seems like there wasn’t enough staff, even in the afternoon on a weekday.

They literally never have hot n ready pizzas. Isn't that their whole gimmick? If I have to order ahead then I might as well order pizza from another place that sells higher quality food. And aside from that, the employees are all unhappy and have no clue how to be in the customer service business. They're not friendly or seem to want your business.
