We're a non profit and pick up at Least 10 pizzas each time we order once or twice a month. The pizzas are always hot & ready at the time we request which is great however yesterday each pizza was sliced terribly. There were huge slices, very small slices & even square slices all on one pizza. It was ridiculous & inconvenient because we are serving children & a 3 to 5 yr old cannot eat a huge slice of pizza nor did they want a tiny square. Their pizza crust is somewhat rubbery so it was impossible to go through 10 pizzas & cut them properly once we started serving the kids. We'll have to start using another location bc our order on 2/14 was horrible. Do better Little Ceasars on 121 in Lewisville!! You should be ashamed!!

The stuffed crust hot-n-ready only took 7 minutes & it was delicious! Every slice was covered in cheese & pepperoni! My daughter liked it so much, she bought herself another one the next day!

Placed an order online spent $30 including a tip on pizza and it was delivered to the wrong. I contacted the driver and she argued about having delivered to the correct address and that I needed to make sure I enter the correct address when ordering next time when I provided the correct address to begin with. All of my mail and other deliveries come to my address with no problem. I sent a pic of my door and she ended up delivering it with attitude and mouth poked out but I no longer wanted the pizza. I took the pizza back to the store to have it made again and the owner tried to charge me to make one of the pizzas over again. I stood on my word and stated that I was not paying for it again. She advised that I won't have to pay this time but if it happens again, I will have to pay. I will never order delivery or carry out from this location ever again!!!

The food wasn't bad but they have no customer service skills. I asked for napkins in a bag. They look at you and they put Napkins on top of the pizza box. Then they get a bag and Then they ignore you and go to the next person. This has happened more than once.
