Same ol same old..Not bad.. but not especially good. There are now two wonderful ladies in ihe drive-through who are just a ray of sunshine. Makes fast food less drudgery, for sure!

Got 2 steak, egg, & cheese bagels this morning. Not ONLY did they ask me to park in spot 1, and after waiting 10 minutes AND counting 16 cars behind me taken care of, I had to still go inside to get my food. After coming out to my car and checking both sandwiches, neither had extra sauce WHICH I PAID FOR, 1 had no egg on it, and once getting home to eat I BITE INTO A BONE!! This location needs Jesus! Horrible customer service (rude) and apparently don't know how to read a receipt. This location has turned off the option to upload the pictures.

I don't understand what happens in this McDonald's, which is already the third time with today that I buy a lemonade and what they give me is water with ice ? and the worst thing I realize until I get home ?

Such bad customer service. I don’t expect much at a McDonalds, but I do expect people to be a little friendly. Apparently they charge you for sauces now. Let’s not forget how often you ask for sauce and they don’t put it in the bag or how often they get your order wrong. The guy was so rude about it and made such a big deal about it. Then proceeded to not even give me my sauces after I paid for them. I didn’t realize till I go back to work and couldn’t go back up there. I tried to call and they either don’t answer or do answer but just let the phone sit there so you can hear everyone talking in the background. I guess so they don’t have to hear it ring again. Awful, lazy people and awful customer service. Also my ketchup tasted like chemicals, so they might want to look into that.
