Hi! I went to McDonald's off of W. main Street in Lewisville today. There was a staff member named Tarsh who was absolutely amazing! She was such a bright light to my day! She has wonderful customer service. She was so warm and welcoming and it really made my day. I had just come from visiting my mom in the hospital (where the staff was not the best). Speaking to Tarsh at this McDonald's truly made such a difference! She really was amazing! I pray that she gets recognition because she truly deserves it. She is an outstanding employee to have!!!! ?❤️

I ordered a sugar free French vanilla coffee, and the app let me order and pay. When I went through drive thru, I was told this restaurant does not carry it anymore. Very inefficient and a waste of my time and money!!! Please change app so that it does not let you order items not available. Other McDonald's stores do this.

I found this specific McDonald’s quite dependable, the service is always good food is almost never wrong maybe they won’t put all your sauces in there but i promise your food will have all its designated toppings you’d want or changed in your order also use the mobile app save a lot of time and great deals to keep on

I was real excited to hear that McDonald’s had the new double Big Mac. I ordered McDelivery since it was raining and nasty outside tonight. When my order arrived, it was a double cheeseburger instead of a Double Big Mac.I called the helpline and all they offered was a $3.36 credit to my card. Can’t reach the store by phone, it just at goes to voicemail. I’m amazed at the lack of customer service. Well, not really; but I’m done with ordering from them.By the way if you don’t know, I work for Domino’s, and we would make this right, and probably give the customer credit for a free order next time. Deleting the McD’s app!
