Placed an order online for pickup an hour ahead of time, got there after the scheduled time and it still was not ready. I guess placing through the drive through would be quicker, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The drive through associate was very kind as it was not her fault, but I had to cancel my order.

Bring back the mango lemonade to the self serve area please!!!Edit: This has been fixed. The lemonades haven’t been added to self serve are as of yet though. And fix the dr pepper fountain drink it leaks water on your hands as you pour in the dr pepper

This location is the absolute worse. I mean every single time I order from here my order is wrong or missing items. They need to fire the entire staff and try again because the staff they have at this location do not care at all.
When a customer lets you know there is something wrong with the order extra item you didn't order the response shouldn't be, oh well, that's what you ordered. Wow. Definitely won't be coming back to this

Nice alternative to the traditional sub sandwiches. Tasty and fresh, prepared well and 8n a pretty timely fashion. We did have several door dash orders delay our food, a necessary evil in today's economy but would be nice to prioritize orders for people there and waiting. Staff was pleasant and worked diligently. Dining area was spotlessly clean and condiment / drink station fully stocked. Worthy of frequent visits, but allow some time and be patient.

Put an online order in at be ready at 1pm. Finally asked about my food at 1:10 when multiple people picked up their food after me. It was finally ready at 1:17. An apology was given and was given a cookie. No explanation. Also, most of the kitchen staff was not wearing hair nets or caps and gloves.
