The Manager at the store, Robbie (1081 W Main Street Lewisville, TX 75067). She is so kind and helpful & provides a "solution" if they are out of an ingredient or product. I always enjoy picking up our order (every 2 wks) b/c I know she will be there. Robbie is a class act employee!!!
It's taken over 2 hours to get our food. Ordered around 5:15. It's now 7:30. And we are, literally, .5 miles away from this location. What happened to hiring your own drivers? This is absolutely ridiculous.Update:Since they use DoorDash, DoorDash apparently couldn't confirm our address? We don't even live in an apartment. After my husband called three times, they said our pizza had been picked up and would be here within 4 to 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we call again and were told the order had been canceled by DD. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. It's not worth it. Especially with the outsourcing of delivery drivers.

Personal Pan Pizza - I have been ordering these for over 20 years. The only thing they used to charge for was $0.50 for extra cheese. The $5 price tag for the 4 inch pizza included toppings because it is so small. I tried to order one tonight with mushrooms and extra cheese. They now charge $0.75 for extra cheese - ok - understand but now they charge for toppings as well? You only get at the most 4 mushrooms on a personal pan for another $0.75. I tried to negotiate and didn't mind paying an additional $0.75 - but I refused to pay for 4 mushrooms - the stupid lady wouldn't budge so I walked out - done with the greedy Pizza Hut corporation - SHAME ON YOU!!!

My God, Stay away from this place... the Pan Pizza used to be soooo good now its nothing more than a hand tossed dominos clone! The pizza tasted horrid ... really the ingredients beef, sausage and mushrooms were tasteless, the crust was under cooked and I dont know about you guys but a "Pan Pizza" used to be 100% goodness but this experience was just bad save your money and go with a local place .... all of these chains are terrible these days
I ordered 2 large pizzas and pd. about $29 when I requested for at least 2 parmesan cheese clerk gave me only one .She said another one would cost me ?Pizzas were good but at least expected 2 cheese instead of only one which was very disappointed to me .
