Ordered 3 pizzas and a salad by phone was told they were out of stuff crust so ok ordered original crust . Went to pick up order found out there was stuff crust after I paid so charges were voided new charges rang up due to price of ordering pizza originally wanted.. I asked for 2 ranch for salad they only had 1 left so substitute was dipping ranch which does not go good with salad also store was out of croutons. Looked at recipe after I got home the extra ranch was $3.00 not to happy that a side of ranch cost half the price of salad . I was given the extra pizza lady said for the mix up and having to wait on new pizza to be made.
Been going to this place for years but no longer. I just ordered a pizza and asked for Parmesan and they said it was .32 per packet. This was after I already paid so I would have to do a second transaction. I have never had to pay for such a simple ingredient. Maybe theywant to stop the handful they give away but paying for Parmesan on a pizza is absolutely crazy. I get their pizza out of ease. No longer, I can find 10 different places that offer Parmesan and red pepper. Seems trivial, I know but I'm in disbelief that a major chain would do that. I called and the person that was on the phone was no better, time to go down the road for a local place. Bye bye. Please don't judge me that I'm complaining about Pizza Hut most people are probably already saying "what did you expect".

REDEMPTION. just gave them a second shot. Staff was present and attentive. Pizza taste was much better too. Glad we gave a second shot The marketing team really did their job during the Super Bowl. We typically order pizza from their direct competitor but decided to give it a try. Sadly the same cannot be said about the staff at this location. We ordered the new hot honey pizza for pickup. My husband sat in the lobby for over 20 min. Not a soul in sight. He open and closed the door multiple times to chime the bell in case someone didn't hear him. He was getting concerned that maybe no one was there and something was wrong. Then he saw someone walking past the window to the kitchen scrolling on their phone. Another guest walked in during this time as well. Still no one was around. Finally a delivery person walked in and asked if he'd be helped. 20 min after my husbands scheduled pick up time and he finally left with our pizza. No apology or acknowledgment just "yah sometimes they can't hear what's going on up front". Great but can they see? Shouldn't someone peek their head up front more than every 30 min? Service and care are seriously lacking. Good commercials does not equal good service.

Got 2 large thin pizzas. One arrived luke cool and the other was cold and hard. It looked and tasted like it was cooked, left on the counter overnight and delivered. Bread sticks were warm and good, so I'm guess they premade the pep pizza hours before it was ordered. Horrible. Threw it all out except the sticks. Will not order from this location again.

We order from this location on a regular basis. My son and I stopped in this week and actually had lunch in the dining area. It is a smaller location, but it is really clean and well-maintained. The staff here are very friendly and the food is consistently excellent. A good sign of a well run location is it's ability to respond to challenges. I called and spoke to a manager last night named Austin. He was extremely accommodating and very respectful. Definitely my go-to pizza place in the area.
Pizza was not done and crust was still raw. This is the third time I ordered in a month and they still have no garlic sauce. Wings are always dry. Moving on to another pizza place. Dominos, Marcos, or Papa Johns
I just had my best pizza ever!!! I chose the pan pizza crust, light marinara, meatballs and mushrooms! Wow!!!!
