THEY AUTO CHARGE YOU FOR TIP WHEN YOU DINE IN.It’s been almost a month since I’ve last eaten there and I’m still upset about it. I would leave it at 1 star however the food was good so I gave it another star. This place charges you tip automatically when you dine in without disclosing this with you and have yet the balls to show the screen for tip and stare at you. I was in a good mood so I tipped them 15%. For street food, that was already too good. When I had left the restaurant, I noticed that the receipt showed another tip was charged without knowing. And that 15% tip I left them came to be 16%. In total, these people got 31% rtip from me for STREET FOOD. RIDICULOUS. ??♀️ Last time I’m coming here.

If you pay with card they will include the tip automatically without asking you for your approval once you scan your card. They tip themselves 16% of the total automatically. The employee says it’s the machine that does it automatically and it has nothing to do with them. I don’t mind tipping. I just don’t want them to tip themselves without confirming with me first.

The food is terrible and the customer service, not to mention, is rude, they charge you a tip without your consent and it takes more than an hour to serve you. I don't recommend it at all.

Hole in the wall with great food. Service is attentive and menu options are plentiful. Dont go in expecting to be wowed by decor...just good quality Honduran and el Salvadorian dishes!

Stay away from this Pupuseria!We ordered from this place due to the high reviews. Pupusas were bland and lacked cheese and meat and the red sauce and green sauce were spoiled. We all developed a stomachache after.
