Simply the Best! Food was Great, Mike C. Was the waiter and knows the meaning of hospitality, he was always one step ahead, what a professional. This is the last time we go here. Every time it’s a disaster. The one place that should have crawfish, sold out. We got drinks but no straws so the kids could look at our drinks but not drink them. Then we had a spill and nobody wanted to do anything about it. We just had to stand there with nothing to clean it up with. Everybody just turned a blind eye. After waiting 20 minutes with plenty of empty tables we just left.

Took my family here the wait was 30 mins, we order our food it took about 1 hour, it was two other white people who order after us and they got their food before us. We will never come back, the disrespect and place is a joke. And it’s all black staff

We brought our son here for his birthday, and it was a great experience. We went on a Tuesday, so the crowd was minimal. Our server was amazing and had fantastic customer service.The food was delicious. We tried the fried Alligator, the fried pickles, and the stuffed shrimp. All were good. We will be coming back.

I had been craving some crawfish all day so I came in today and received the worst service ever from Hannah. I had joined the Razzoo’s Krewe thing prior to my visit and it said I would receive a free appetizer. So I ordered the appetizer and a frozen margarita to start off. The server took my order and never asked to see the coupon for the free appetizer. Once she brought out the appetizer she still never asked but did ask did I know what I wanted to eat. I advised I was not ready yet. The manager on duty then comes to the table requesting that she see the coupon and stated that I would have to order something else. No where does it say that on the coupon but I advised her that I was going to order something else I just wanted a few more minutes to decide what I really wanted. Hannah then comes back to the table and I tell her I want 2 lbs of crawfish and a side of fries. My food came out and it was cold. Like how is it cold when it should have been just cooked. So she takes it back and not even 2 minutes later brings it back out. I tasted one and it tasted so gross so I asked for some extra seasoning because I ordered the fire seasoning and she rolled her eyes and walked off stating if I made it it would’ve been better. But you work here really?? That’s the customer service you want to provide?? Being that I did not want to show my a** I just let it be. I ate my fries and appetizer. I get the check and my appetizer had been taken off and the crawfish was taken off as well but then added back to my check. $34 for some food that I was not able to enjoy is Insane. I spoke to the manager and she was just as rude as the server. Never again!!!

First time visiting and I wasnt disappointed. Atmosphere was nice. Even had someone meet us at the door to let us in. Shockingly, it wasn't crowded for it to be a Saturday night but that's a plus for me. Food was bomb, drink was so good that it drunked me hell . Our server was great(Ella) I think that was her name. Definitely found my new favorite spot. Traveled all the way from Arlington, TXKid-friendliness: Seen alot of people with their little one plus they offer booster seats

I don’t know why I’m surprised, but this place was really good. Came in late, so it wasn’t crowded. As such, I had great service since it was basically me and a handful of others. Food was good and I’m pretty particular about my Cajun cuisine. Bartender was friendly. Had the Jambalaya Pasta and Hush Puppies. Good stuff.
