Ali was so sweet in the phone with great Customer Service. She showed me all the flavors and I tried the lemon drop cupcake. It was full of flavor with just the right amount of lemon filling on the inside and the frosting was light and sweet. Love this place and the way Ali put my 12 cupcakes in a box in just a few minutes. Can’t wait to use them again. Yummy!

I tried ordering a custom order of cupcakes and was told that the design of the cupcakes can be “as complicated or simple and the cost of one dozen cupcakes won’t change….” So I was excited and emailed a image of floral designs and specified what colors I wanted, I pay and am ready to go. But I get a voicemail the next day telling me that they will “not be able to do anything close to what you want” and if I want different colors I can only choose pink and white ….. I got frustrated because the girl I spoke to told me I can pick whatever design and colors and now am being told they can refund me if I want and to just call them what I decide. I drive to the location and explain my situation and the girl is confused. I never even callled to approve a refund, then the girl pulls up a screen that says I’m already refunded. So I drove there for nothing. Basically there was no clear communication and i wish I didn’t have a bad experience ordering custom cupcakes from this location. I did enjoy the cupcakes just not the quality of service.

Great selection of cupcakes and pricing is fair. Cupcakes were moist and was the perfect sweetness to get your sugar/sweettooth fix. Will definitely be back. Great for gifting but you may need to call ahead to make sure they have the flavors you like available or order ahead (custom orders require a 24 hour notice). Enjoy

Only giving two stars instead of one ONLY because the girl that helped me when I showed up was beyond sweet… I called at 11:49 am asking if they could possibly make one cupcake that says Happy Birthday with a heart at the bottom and the girl who took my order said they were really slow and could have it ready for me by 4 pm… I get to the store at 4:49 pm and the sweet girl who helped me had no idea what was going on and said no order was placed, she had just got there for her shift at 3pm she understood my frustration and said she could make it for me quickly but it wouldn’t be the best… it still came out cute but it was really an inconvenience

Our experience walking into the store was not good. No music, they didn't great us at all besides saying "hi". It was obvious we had never been there but they didn't say anything. Checking out was weird, the girl was checking her phone. The cupcakes were ok. Moist cake but way too much frosting. Nothing Bundt cakes is way better!
i drive 20 minutes to this location and its always an inconvenience. this is a place that ONLY sells cupcakes and ice cream and they are always out of cupcakes. it literally doesnt make any sense??♀️?. they are super good whenever they have the flavor that you like but im seriously looking for an explanation on why a cupcake place runs out of cupcakes when they could just bake some more.

I was greeted with a smile from a very kind gentleman. My daughter got the vanilla with vanilla buttercream and said it is the best cupcake she has ever had. I can honestly say the same. It was moist and the frosting was wonderful. The frosting was perfect because it wasn't all sugar like some other places. It was sweet enough but not overly sweet where you could only eat one bite. I also got the vanilla with chocolate frosting and it was very good also. We will make sure we get our birthday cake from here in the future. Love it!
