I ordered through DoorDash and my order was completely WRONG. I go up to the store to get it corrected and Joe comes out with this terrible attitude saying there was nothing that he could do. I already received a refund from DoorDash but wanted my order corrected. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. He goes back and forth with me AGAIN. I put my head down to correct the order and this idiot snatches my food bag from me and storms OFF! Are you serious?? We have a shouting match in the parking lot and he continues be sarcastic!! I still have no food for dinner

This Sonic consistently delivers food that’s wrong. They brought me the wrong burger (no cheese as ordered) and a slush instead of cherry limeade. I pushed the button, explained the situation and AGAIN they brought me the wrong stuff. When I got the correct drink, it was all ice and about 2 sips worth of drink. I used to work at Sonic years ago and getting food right isn’t rocket science.

So I don't really don't care to rate sonics because I usually have the same expectation everywhere and it's usually met but today was different. I wonder if they were just short staffed because the actual cook brought his own food out to me, which was fine because he had to have been one of the nicest people to ever bring the food out to me lol.
