The food was good, but not as many choices as they used to have, but still plenty to satisfy anyone. The one person who works there (yes, because it is tough to hire staff) was SUPER friendly and helpful. He made sure everyone had what they needed and he cleaned up tables quickly as well as take empty dishes from our table. Please give this place a chance, the customer service is worth the trip, please support your local restaurant.

It used to be a great place to eat. Everything was fresh and it had a much better selection before COVID hit. Now it's gone down hill as prices went up! Not worth it at all. Selection is sparce by far my and it wasn't really that fresh. Definitely not worth $10.

We always love going to Souper Salad. The salad options are great, so are the pasta salads. Great hot options too, pasta, soups, breads, chili and baked potatoes. They have a few dessert options and but nothing like topping it off with my Strawberry Shortcake!We have always loved the simplicity of Souper Salad and the people here are very sweet. They brought our spaghetti over and later checked if we needed anything else.

My kids and I were hungry and this was the place that was the closest. It was 7:09pm on October 14th, 2021. When I walked in, the cashier rudely told me they close at 7:30pm. I then asked him if that meant he was going to make me leave our table at exactly 7:30pm. He said, "Yes, we close when we close." Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. There was literally no other customers and they had a buffet full of food. What a waste, sad because I have also always wanted to try the place out.

Glad to see they have re-opened. Really liked the place, from the gentleman at the register to the food. Everything was well done. Hot food was hot, cold food was cold. Well stocked salad bar. Place was clean and neat. I’ll be back for sure.

I have gone to this location for at least 11 years. I recently visited with our three sons ages 10,11, 13. Great deal to feed them until their hearts are content. They loved it! Good variety of options for each of them. They all agreed this was a five star review.I was sad to see that the buffet for kids stops at 10 but after the pleasant experience we had with the staff the price is worth the pay.We will continue to support this location . Would hate to ever see it go!

I’ve visited a couple times now, liked it every time. Good food, plenty of options even for vegetarian folks. Soups are especially good. Friendly staff and a decent place to hangout. Their music can be better though, but that’s just me I guess :)

Staff was friendly, but as others have mentioned, the quality of food and overall experience have gone down from previous years (possibly due to a change in owner or manager?). There's much less variety of options and the food that's sitting out seems like it's been there for a while. Especially concerned because the place is also a lot dirtier than it used to be. There were cobwebs and bugs on the window sills, and what we saw of the kitchen was pretty frightening, especially given Covid-19. They definitely need to take some time to thoroughly clean the place up. Most food items (with the notable exception of salad dressings) are clearly marked as vegan or vegetarian, so at least that's nice. Not to sound like a boomer, but it's a shame because this place used to be a family staple — I don't think we'll ever be going back.
