I like Subway sandwiches because you literally make it your own way and most of the food is very fresh especially the vegetables which is important to me. I'm not a great fan of their cold cuts, but they do make a great sandwich and they do it fast. I totally feel like it's worth it

Convenient place to grab a bite when visiting at the hospital. Clean and healthier than many fast food restaurants...

Well my first review (and only time ever been here) was due to placing a to-go order online at the wrong location. This time i intended to go to the hospital for subway. I never crave a sub but i did yesterday. Knowing i had a pleasant experience last time i decide to be unconventional and drive to the hospital for food. It was also on my route home so it worked. Well i walk in and the whole cafe area is empty and closed all but the subway. There was one staff member a lady with dark hair. and one nurse ordering multiple orders. I want to say that the employee (no name badge) was very friendly and polite. but incredibly slow. i like the simple conversation but lets not get to involved in chatting when making my food. i want you to finish. i had to keep encouraging her to finish going down the toppings and put stuff on my sandwich. as she just wanted to stand and talk to me. i should note i spent about 15minutes ordering. The cheddar cheese was NOT fresh. you could tell the edges of the cheddar singles were hard and dry. they were a different shade of orange than the rest of the cheese and curled up. i passed on it and went with the white american which i saw the nurse put on all her orders so i hoped that was the more popular and frequently used cheese. Normally i get avocado extra. but brown avocado is not my thing so again i passed. I asked for it toasted and its extremely evident that the toaster is rarely (prob never) cleaned. my sandwich tasted like everything else thats been toasted in it. really it tasted like dozens of burned flavors. over powering and unfortunately i ended up still hungry as my sandwich went in the trash. that toaster flavor was so potent. i had my husband try a bite because he says my tastebuds are too sensitive. he could not swallow the bite. I got cookies too. they were fine. the employee had to have asked me about 5 times if i wanted a drink and each time i said "no thank you". but still she asked over and over. when i turned to leave i then noticed most of their fountain drinks had notes they were empty or not working. and the juice dispensers were almost empty. so why even ask me if i want a drink. you dont have any!! from a 5 star to 1 if anyone at the hospital reads this..kick subway OUT. your patients/visitors and staff deserve better.

There was a lot of choices for sandwich or salad. The vegetables were fresh and the service was friendly and efficient. The prices were reasonable.

Location is understaffed causing service issues and long wait times. Staff is obviously frustrated with being run ragged.

So I called at 10:15pm to see if they were open and the worker said yes, until 11pm. I drove 15 minutes to this location. The open sign was on, the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and the worker just looked at me like I was d**** continuing to do her close out duty (trash cans)— and just looking at me, but not coming to the door or acknowledging my attendance at the entrance. I try to go in through the hospital door, but it's closes at 10pm. I'm calling the store again for 10 minutes, no answer, as I'm waiting outside the door store. Eventually I leave out of frustration. Then I call as I head home to ask what time they close, and the worker answers. She says she closes at 11pm. I told her I was just there, knocking on the door as she just stared at me. She says she didn't realize it was me at the door and I explained she could have acknowledged me and let me know I could only receive The Service if I was inside the hospital. Very Frustrating!
