It says they open at 9. I got here at 9:27 and they did not open the door. The door was locked and the woman clearly heard me knocking. They did not bother to unlock the door or anything! She SAW me and turned away. They need new management. I wish I can give a negative rating.EDIT. SHE OPENED THE DOOR AT 9:30! I asked for her name since she stated she was the manager (9AM 4/3 Wednesday) and she didn’t give it to me. This is NOT what we should come into when simply trying to order. I didn’t end up getting anything and left instead.

Literally just left got a 6 inch veggie i asked for tomatoes she put 2 tomatoes i asked for more she ignored me I asked again and she repeated its already on there like lady i will pay for extra tomatoes please just give them too never had to fight for food im paying for and she still refused to give me more tomatoesLast time i was here dude tall black and skinny was touching my food with his fingers and all the food was half frozen

Let me just say this store including ALL managers are ridicoulous ?? I have family members that where African American that was disregarded from employment with them like trash ‼️ this is the worst company to send your family to if your anything other than Mexican or white . The manager Juana is rude and disrespectful and her bosses don’t do anything to her for disrespecting customers nor employees . This store needs to be shut down ! Like yesterday . If your a person of color don’t even waste your time because your judged as soon as you walk through the door . So RUN NOT WALK

This way THE worse Subway I've bee too. Whoever worked the morning shift on 1/9/24 needs to be fired. Everyone was slow, they ran out of everything. I went in with almost 30 mins before work and left almost being late with no time even eat and I was only 2nd in line. 2.5 stars is too high of a rating.
I come to this location on the regular, every manager takes good care of me. Lately it has been Eric. Staff is friendly, sandwiches made correctly with fresh ingredients. Thank you all for an excellent job well done!!

Once many moons ago I had a horrible experience with Subway. Not this location, but another. Today we decided to try again. Why not, right? I’ll tell you that this place was awesome! Inviting walking in. Food portions were fantastic. Met with smiling faces. And they treated the customers behind us with dignity. I’ll be back for sure!! Great location. Easily accessible.
