I was charged and given the wrong item; Roymer took my order. I wasn’t initially upset, mistakes happen, so I came back the next day (since I didn't have time the day of) to get a refund/comped item for the item I wanted and did not receive. The manager told me she was unable to solve the issue they caused since I did not ask same day, then ignored me when I asked for her name. Nowhere on the receipt does it say it has to be the same day. I called Corporate and they thankfully gave me a coupon for the item i didn’t receive. Corporate was very helpful.Edit: When I tried to order after I received a voucher from Corporate, the staff ignored me for over ten minutes. Only because I was sitting at the window so long, the car behind me eventually got angry and honked for a minute straight; I think that’s why someone finally came to the window and told me to leave because I was “making a mess” after the same car decided to drive through grass to go around me. The man said it was my fault this was happening so I replied the people waiting behind me wouldn’t’ve gotten angry if they didn’t choose to ignore me for so long. Then I told them I was trying to order with the voucher I received, he agreed to take my order. However, when I asked why I was ignored and for the manager’s name, I was refused service again. Called corporate and they said that was unacceptable and I should be expecting a call from a DM or Area Coach. I understand not being happy when a customer goes to corporate to complain, but that is no reason to ignore me or refuse me service. I feel bad to have held the line up, but it is not my fault they chose to ignore me just because I went to corporate for a voucher and asked for the manager’s name.

I go to this location for a quick lunch break. It's usually not too busy, and they usually make it quickly and correctly. However, the last two times I've been, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch has had the incorrect sauce inside. I also had an incident today where they charged me someone else's order. Thankfully, I caught it in time and got refunded, no problem. I'm more bummed about the sauce... lol.

The worst experience I have ever had from a franchise like Taco Bell . When I get in drive thorough around 3:40 am no one has responded even there are like 3 employees when I saw through drive through window.literally they didn’t even care and check on window to respond weather the store is closed or open

I only go to this location because of proximity to where I live, aside from that the customer service is almost non existent, the orders are constantly getting messed up or food is missing. Hard to check quickly when it’s taped up to no end. Best part when you try to call the store no one picks up or you can tell someone just hung up the call. Should be ashamed to be called a business.

I still wonder why the Texas Department of Health has not intervened first and secondly has not closed the establishment, because the times I have gone the men's restroom is always damaged and the last time I visited the Restaurant it was invaded due to a strong bad smell of sewage water.I have scolded the manager several times about the bad smell and it seems like they are accustomed to the bad smell of the sewer.

Absolutely horrible! Worst tacobell I’ve ever been too. Spent 45 plus minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars! Then my 5 item order wasn’t even close to right. Get your stuff together
