“Here’s the deal: no matter where you sit, no matter if you only eat sushi, you’ll smell like Hibachi the rest of the day. Clothes go straight into the washing machine. I wouldn’t start my date night here, but otherwise Asahi is a great choice if your next stop is home (or for pick-up and take-out). Food is solid. Employees always polite and attentive.“
“Great hibachi food at a reasonable price. We generally eat in, but they do a hopping take out business. I suggest the scallops -- they're huge! Also, FYI, if you eat on-site you have to order bottled water if you want water. They don't have a fountain and cups for ice water.“
“My daughter and I go to this restaurant frequently. The food is great ? Appetizers are delicious. We always get the filet mignon and scallops with fried rice for our meal. The leftovers reheat well and are always super tasty! The hibachi chefs make it a fun experience too! Regarding the atmosphere...it just gets so hot ? If it's super cold out the atmosphere is warm and cozy. If it is anything other than cold out, whoo! The grills in the room are on, super hot, with zero fans. If you sit in the middle (facing hibachi chef) it literally feels like a very hot hair dryer is hitting your knees (and let's just say if your knees aren't together that heat smacks your nether region with a vengeance). Your drink will melt pretty much instantly. I put my phone down on the seat next to me, 3 min later it was HOT to the touch. We keep going back for the food though!“
“I'm giving a 4 star because the ginger dressing and yum yum sauce were awful!! Sushi was delicious and hibachi was great except I expected Lo mein noodles instead of bean sprouts. Steak was cooked to perfection! Husbands salmon was delicious. Just a few things I wasn't a fan of. Others great place to eat.“
