I recently had a disappointing experience at The Human Bean. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and when I approached the worker, Jillian, to explain, she displayed an absolutely unhelpful and unnecessary attitude. Jillian refused to remake the order, so I left and went somewhere else for my coffee. This customer service has left a lasting impression, and I won't be returning to The Human Bean.

I am not a coffee drinker at all and know nothing about it but when this place opened up next door to our neighborhood I thought I’m gonna see what they have and just try “something”… chocolate and peppermint together is my fav so they recommended a iced peppermint mocha and Iv been hooked since!!!! Silky smooth texture and absolutely delicious!
