Everyone working inside left and went outside to hangout with cars that were pulling up. They all kept loudly talking about how they’re drunk....Took 20 minutes to get an order and even after it happened it was still wrong.Definitely living up to the Waffle House brand...

We had Randy as our server and he was fantastic! I loved seeing my daughter grin at him, and she doesn't interact with many strangers despite being 9 months old! I DEFINITELY recommend their pecan waffles with the added chocolate chips. Absolutely amazing!

No customers inside. The employees are just standing around with dirty tables and bar. Limited seating so you need to get it cleaned up. Never again. 30 year loyal customer.

Older store used to be one of my favorites when working nearby. May have just been a new crew. I always cringe when the waiter takes a complicated order for 2 without pen and paper.I guess he did it so there is no proof everything was wrong. Grits instead of hash browns. Toast replaced biscuits. Bacon instead of sausage. Even the namesake Waffles prepared wrong.I'm giving a 3. Because the food was good. Just served multiple times over 20 minutes. Next time I'll drive by the window slowly and see if that server is there... or maybe write down the order beforehand! Buy the kid a pen!

Best place to go for breakfast the 3 egg omelette is my favorite but it's not on the regular menu less expensive the ihop but more filling so leave a good tip for the servers

One of the servers spoiled my meal and experience. I visited this morning and an employee with the name Cheryl (an older lady) was coughing a lot. She kept taking her mask off every time she talked to other employees and some patrons. Even when she did put her mask on, she only covered her mouth and not her nose. Not only was she breathing all over the employees, she was breathing on the patrons and their food. I don't know why she was coughing so much, but she should be wearing her mask properly (AT ALL TIMES). She was standing over me coughing without her mask on. I was done with my food at that point and got out of there. The workers cannot socially distance because they are working all on top of each other. It's up to management to make sure that employees are at least wearing their mask properly.The employees were welcoming and very nice. My food was good, but this woman spoiled my experience.
